Mumbai Police on Monday arrested businessman and actress Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra for allegedly producing porn films and airing them through certain apps. Senior police officer gave this information.
The Crime Branch arrested Kundra after a case was registered against Kundra (45) under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and Information Technology Act,
Mumbai Police Commissioner said in a statement. He said that Kundra appears to be the main conspirator in the case.
He said, “In February 2021, a case was registered with the Mumbai Crime Branch for making obscene films and broadcasting them through some apps.
We have arrested Raj Kundra in this case on 19th July 2021 as he appears to be the main conspirator in this. We have enough evidence about this.
