According to her, such rumours are nothing more than gossip. She added that the family does not feel the need to explain their personal life to anyone, as they share a close bond and mutual understanding.
Family unity during prayer meetings
Hema Malini also spoke about the prayer meetings held in remembrance of Dharmendra, which clearly showed the family’s unity. Sunny and Bobby Deol organised a prayer meeting at a hotel in Mumbai, while Hema Malini arranged a Gita recitation at her residence and later held another prayer meeting in Delhi.
Several well-known personalities from the film industry attended the Mumbai prayer meet, including Salman Khan, Rekha, and Aishwarya Rai. Hema Malini was visibly emotional during the gathering.

Hema Malini further revealed that Sunny Deol is planning to build a museum honoring his father, Dharmendra. She shared that Sunny often discusses ideas related to his father with her and that the entire family will work together to fulfil this vision.
