Bollywood filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan turned a year older on January 9, and while cutting her visibly squished birthday cake, joked that it perfectly represents her life at 61.
Actress Huma Qureshi shared fun pictures and videos from Farah’s lively birthday lunch on social media. In her caption, Huma spoke about how Farah has a unique way of making even imperfect moments feel special.
Huma wrote, “Best birthday lunch with @farahkhankunder. Celebrating her warmth, love, laughter, and a little madness—today and every day. She makes even a messed-up cake and every moment feel just right. With my fellow crazies @rachitsingh08 @srishtibehlarya.”
In the video, Farah is seen looking at the squished cake and joking that her life at 61 mirrors it perfectly — “It starts fine but gets squished at the end.”
Reacting to her comment, Huma can be heard saying that no matter what, it is beautiful from the inside, just like Farah. The birthday girl happily agreed, cut the cake, and enjoyed the first bite herself.
Earlier in the day, Farah Khan received an outpouring of birthday wishes from her colleagues in the entertainment industry.
Kareena Kapoor Khan took to social media to wish Farah on her birthday and humorously promised to “always dance on beat” whenever she is around.
